Welcome to Newent Beekeepers!

The Newent Bee Keepers Association is a Branch of the Gloucestershire Bee Keepers Association, which is affiliated to the British Bee Keepers Association (BBKA). They all exist to promote and further the craft of beekeeping.

Members meet to increase their understanding of bee keeping, discuss difficulties and current developments and share in their successes as well as disappointments. We have regular meetings with visiting speakers and talks by our own members.  Members also give advice to the public on beekeeping matters.

If you have any questions you can use the contact form to ask them.

Would you like to keep bees?  Every year we run a training course for beginners. The next course will start 28th February 2022. The course starts starts with a theory course running on Monday evenings and will be followed by practical sessions in the Spring.
